Leading SAFe 4.5 with SA Certification
Attendees will gain the knowledge necessary during this course to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise. Attendees will learn how to apply the Scaled Agile Framework, Lean, and product development flow principles in their enterprises. They will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset, why it’s so effective, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation. Attendees of this course will be stakeholders of an Agile Release Train at the beginning of their enterprises SAFe journey. Attendees will learn how to become Agile Teams, build their backlog, and plan and execute iterations so that they can prepare to run a Program Increment (PI). This includes all meetings at the Team and Program level with a specific focus on the upcoming PI planning during a SAFe Implementation.

Attendees will learn the basic of the Kanban Method® during this course. This course serves as the entry-level and starting point. During this course attendees can expect to design and implement a Team Kanban task board as well as learn visualizations of different types of work and associated risk. Attendees can achieve Team Kanban Practitioner® credentials with the LeanKanban University through this course.
This course is designed for Managers, Developers, and anyone wanting to learn the fundamentals of the Kanban Method®. Attendees can expect the use of Kanban similulation as well as exercises to design an actual Kanban system. This course is the first of two courses towards the Kanban Management Professional® (KMP) crediential. Kanban Management Professional I (KMP I) is a prerequistite to Kanban Managment Professional II.
Kanban Management Professional II (KMP II) focuses on the rollout and daily operation of single or multiple Kanban systems. Attendees will learn about the management of Kanban systems, understanding how dependencies within and between systems can cause impediments to flow or bottlenecks. This course also covers setting policy, recommended meetings, and handling metrics. Attendees must have completed Kanban Management Professional I (KMP I) prior to attending this course. Upon completion of both KMP I and KMP II, attendees will acquire the Kanban Management Professional® accrediation.
